[mitk-users] Temporary Paths in ToolStorageSerializer

Hi Everyone,

I notice that ToolStorageSerializer uses ProgramPath for a temporary file, which doesn’t work when a package is installed under C:\Program Files or anywhere un-writeable.

However, before raising a bug, I looked in Phabricator and found:

Has this been merged anywhere, as this looks highly relevant!
