[mitk-users] GibbsTracking MiniApp

HI!
I am new to MITK Diffusion. I'm trying to do Gibbs Tracking using MiniApp
without GUI interface, and there are always 0 accepted fibers, but when I
use GUI Application with the same tracking parameters, it returns good
results. How can I fix this problem?

Dear Lidia,

I fixed the issue in the current master. The MiniApp should work now.
