[mitk-users] Building an automated DICOM to stl app

Hello everyone,

I'm not sure if this mailing list worth it, but trying to build a small
MITK based app without GUI where you'll load a dicom, the app applies a
threshold segmentation and from that makes a smoothed polygon model that's
saved as a .stl,

I'm new to C++, I have checked the examples tutorial, but I still don't
know how to make an app that only applies one interaction and from that
makes a .stl, if possible could tell me the best to approach this?
